Connect your account, no copy-pasteVerified against the provider’s API

Connect your Eventbrite account, pick your organization, and you’re done. Every new order becomes a branded pass for each attendee — their name, ticket tier and a unique check-in QR code — rendered and delivered automatically. No tokens to paste and no webhooks to configure.

What sets it off

Someone places an order for an event in your Eventbrite organization.

What you get

  • Event passes and badges
  • QR check-in codes
  • Speaker and VIP cards
  • Confirmation graphics

Setting it up

One-time setup. After this it runs on its own.

1

Create an Eventbrite pipeline

In your Drawtab workspace, open Pipelines, pick Eventbrite and choose the template each attendee should be rendered into.

2

Connect your Eventbrite account

Press Connect Eventbrite account and approve access in the Eventbrite window. There’s no Private Token to find or paste.

3

Pick your organization

Choose the organization whose events should render. When you create the pipeline, Drawtab registers the order webhook on it for you.

4

Map your template fields

Point each hotspot at a field from the order — the Sample Payload inspector shows the real paths so you can click to fill them.

What you can put on the graphic

These are the paths you type into a template hotspot. Once a pipeline has received its first real record, the Sample Payload inspector shows your own data and you can click a value to fill the field.

Field pathWhat it holds
profile.nameAttendee’s full name
profile.emailAttendee’s email — used for delivery
profile.first_nameFirst name only, for tighter badge layouts
barcodes[0].barcodeThe ticket barcode — feed this into a QR hotspot
event_nameName of the event
ticket_class_nameTicket tier, e.g. “VIP Speaker”

How Drawtab knows the data is real

Eventbrite’s webhook body carries only a pointer, so Drawtab never trusts it as data. The payload’s api_url is host-checked against eventbriteapi.com and then fetched back using your connected account, so a forged webhook can’t put anything on your graphics — or trick Drawtab into calling an internal address.

Drawtab creates the webhook on your organization when you connect, stores access tokens encrypted, and removes the webhook when you disconnect.

Common questions

What happens with a group order of ten tickets?

You get ten graphics, not one. Drawtab splits an order into one render per attendee automatically, each with that person’s own name and barcode.

Do I still need an Eventbrite Private Token?

No. Connecting your account replaces the Private Token. Pipelines set up the old way keep working, and connecting the account later switches them over.

What if the webhook can’t be created automatically?

Drawtab tells you in the pipeline. You can then add it by hand under Eventbrite → Account Settings → Webhooks using the pipeline’s trigger URL.

Can I include the attendee’s photo?

Only if your Eventbrite checkout form collects one — Eventbrite has no standard headshot field. If you capture a photo URL in a custom question, map that path to an image hotspot and Drawtab will crop and mask it.

Do I need a paid Eventbrite plan?

No. Account connection and webhooks work on standard Eventbrite accounts.
