Setting it up

Create a Meetup pipeline
In your Drawtab workspace, open Pipelines, select Meetup and choose the template each attendee should be rendered into.
Connect your Meetup account
Click Connect Meetup Account and approve access in the secure popup. No API keys or complex setup needed.
Pick your Meetup group
Select the group whose events should trigger renders. Drawtab listens for new member RSVPs automatically.
Map your template fields
Map template hotspots to member names, avatar photos, and event details using the real payload inspector.
What you can put on the graphic
These are the paths you type into a template hotspot. Once a pipeline has received its first real record, the Sample Payload inspector shows your own data and you can click a value to fill the field.

Drawtab verifies every Meetup pipeline request using secure OAuth tokens and private webhook key signatures to guarantee payload authenticity.
Drawtab connects directly to your Meetup account via OAuth, encrypts access credentials, and listens for event RSVPs.
Common questions
Does Drawtab include member profile photos on the badge?
Yes. If the member has a profile picture on Meetup, you can bind it to any avatar or image hotspot on your template. Drawtab handles automatic cropping and shape masking.
Can I generate a unique check-in QR code for each RSVP?
Yes. Drawtab automatically generates vector QR codes containing the attendee reference or ticket ID for quick check-in at the door.
Are passes emailed to attendees automatically?
Yes. When Email Delivery is enabled, Drawtab delivers the finished high-resolution pass directly to the member upon RSVP.
Do I need Meetup Pro?
OAuth connection works with your standard Meetup organizer account. Direct webhook triggers are also supported for custom automation.
